The safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority and in accordance with our legal obligations we have carried out a full risk assessment of our premises and working practices – please read our coronavirus statement below.
We recognise that life and business must go on having launched CMP Legal amid a global pandemic. We are open for new and existing business and any staff working from our premises are doing so in accordance with government guidelines and subject to strict social distancing rules and in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure their safety and that of any visitors.
If necessary, we will conduct face to face meetings if government guidelines allow subject to adherence to strict social distancing measures and in accordance with the safety measures highlighted in our risk assessment. Prior to any face-to-face meeting taking place you will be provided with a copy of our Covid-19 Policy and Procedure which will guide you on how we manage risk for attending at our premises and any steps you need to take ahead of any meeting. All visitors will be asked to sanitise their hands upon arrival and be asked to wear a face covering (unless exempt from doing so as per government guidelines).
Alternatively, we can carry out most appointments via telephone or video conferencing for your convenience and safety.
Documents can still be posted to our office in person if necessary and you can use the letterbox on the front of the premises. However, if you have documents that cannot be posted or emailed and need to be handed over in person you can do so by prior appointment to ensure that appropriate safety measures can be taken. Please contact one of our team to make any necessary arrangements.
Whilst we have implemented safety steps (in accordance with government guidelines) to manage the risks of Covid-19 this cannot be eliminated completely so any attendance at our premises is at your own risk.
We will review our policies and procedures regularly and update these (and this coronavirus statement) as the government guidelines change. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understand during this time.
