She is used to dealing with funders and understands their requirements whilst equally ensuring a developer client is protected and can reach a commercially sound agreement with the contractor, which works at a practical level. She has acted for developers, employers and contractors advising on the contracts from the start and their implementation through to subcontract agreements and the appointments of any professionals required and any collateral warranties which may be required.

Jason has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with and advising businesses and individuals on a range of contentious matters including construction and engineering disputes. He has acted for contractors, sub-contractors, employer/developers, and professional consultants. Jason helps clients resolve their disputes through either adjudication, arbitration, court proceedings or different forms of alternate dispute resolution such as negotiations and mediation.
