Stacey’s practical experience in the legal profession has been gained from working with a national law firm as well as in-house with FTSE listed companies and as Partner in a niche commercial law firm.
Stacey Pocock is an experienced litigator who deals with a wide range of business disputes including management and ownership disputes, landlord & tenant matters (commercial and residential), debt recovery, contract disputes, property, and construction disputes. As well as County and High Court cases, she also has experience of dealing with arbitration and matters in the Technology & Construction Court, First-Tier and Upper Tribunals and mediations. Stacey enjoys working with clients and getting to know their businesses so that she can fully understand the objectives they wish to achieve.
Stacey Pocock has acted for individuals and a range of business clients from various sectors including health care professionals (GPs, Dentists, Opticians, Pharmacists), manufacturing, service industries, professional sectors (lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) as well as sole traders, high street retailers and national developers.
Following her graduation from Sheffield Hallam and prior to embarking on her legal career, Stacey trained as cabin crew for a national airline. Although this was an unusual route to her legal career, it was a valuable experience which taught Stacey that you don’t always have to follow the same route to get to the same place; an ethos she has built on throughout her legal career.
In her spare time, Stacey likes to relax by spending time with her family. She enjoys live music and sport, particularly tennis, cricket and football and is a lifelong (and long suffering) Sheffield Wednesday supporter.
